UGC Service Platform

Core PHP + MySQL site handling 50K+ hits per day. Students file undertakings, download PDFs, lodge and track complaints, and submit feedback. Manages college compliance reporting in PDF, CSV, and Excel formats. Integrated APIs for mobile app support and call center data syncing.

UHBVN Complaint Management System

Core PHP + MySQL system handling IVRS-registered complaints with multi-level resolution tracking, user feedback loops, and automatic escalation to the Saral portal. Processes more than 10K complaints daily. Database optimized with normalization and temporary tables for large data reporting.

Multi-Department Complaint Systems

Built complaint management systems for PMJAY, UPSRTC, WHEELSEYE, and PRASAR BHARTI, replicating core complaint tracking, feedback, reporting, and notification functionalities across diverse departmental requirements.

SMS Automator

Core PHP + MySQL system to send templated SMS messages across various projects. Features include multiple SMS server support, unique ID-based locking of phone numbers, retry mechanisms for failures, and detailed logging of all sent messages and responses.

Email Automator

Similar functionality to the SMS automator, utilizing different SMTP servers for email dispatch with retry logic and comprehensive logging.

Proficiency Evaluation System

Built for Digitech, enabling multi-subject user evaluation, progress tracking, and report generation in PDF, CSV, and Excel formats.

Online Learning Platform

Full-fledged Django platform managing student and teacher accounts, courses, lessons, assignments, student submissions, and file or image uploads.

Python Utilities & CLI Games

Python utility modules for batch renaming files with UUIDs and cleaning CSV data for direct SQL import. Built CLI games including Snake & Ladder and Rock Paper Scissors with player ID tracking and persistent score saving.

Convoque — Call Center Management Suite

Full-featured platform built with Laravel 12. Features campaign management, predictive dialing, CForm (custom form builder) for call scripts, CDSet management with dial sequences and column mapping, disposition trees, DID routing, trunk/extension management, DNC lists, action profiles, working hours and holiday calendars, break management, live performance monitoring, and comprehensive report generation. Uses Laravel Reverb for real-time event handling and Horizon for queue management.

Current focus: Actively building Convoque, a full-featured call center management suite in Laravel 12.
